 | Russell Lyons Russell has nearly 30 years’ experience in the Australian stockfeed industry. Joining Ridley AgriProducts in 1996, Russell is responsible for the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies across the company’s major markets. |
 | Rob Parkes Robert has worked in a number of technical roles with Ridley AgriProducts since 1992. He now manages a diverse team of nutritionists who have responsibility for delivering technical services, ration formulation, new product development and quality assurance. He is involved in a number of industry associations, including the Stockfeed Manufacturers Council of Australia (SFMCA) and the National Agricultural Commodities Marketing Association (NACMA), where he is Chairman of the Standards Committee. |
 | Andrew Kelso Andrew Kelso is responsible for the procurement of raw materials, including grains, protein meals and by-products. Prior to joining Ridley AgriProducts in 2001, he was involved in a range of international marketing and domestic trading roles. |
 | Warren Mainey Warren, a chartered accountant, has 10 years experience in both manufacturing and professional accounting practices. Warren joined the Ridley group in 2002 as a part of the Corporate Business Development team and in 2003 took up the role of Commercial Manager in Ridley AgriProducts. Warren has executive responsibility for the operation of the Small Business Units comprising Aqua-Feeds, Supplements and CCD. |
 | Marie Brusco Marie has more than 20 years’ experience in the service and manufacturing sectors. Appointed Ridley AgriProducts National Human Resources Manager in 2000, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s HR policies. |
